Advance Recruitments' two most recent investments in new technology and equipment are swipe card timeclock technology and e-commerce systems. Swipe card readers are located at the client site, and feedback information to the Advance Recruitments' server in real time. Both are cost effective in the management of accounts, payroll, rostering, and customer service departments.

Clients can access their account information online. Clients are issued with a username and password which is updated monthly, underlining Advance Recruitments' commitment to security. Full training is provided in the operation of this system that provides clients with 24/7 access to accruals, swipe card data, key performance indicators, weekly and monthly reports and graphs, outstanding invoices, and job order archives.

Advance Recruitments also has a program that monitors the working hours and days of our employees to ensure they are not exceeding the legislative restrictions in relation to drivers. This state of the art system validates work and rest patterns against the award for any period of time.
